Jukka is a co-founder of Lifted and an expert in leadership team work and leadership development. Over more than ten years as an entrepreneur and consultant, he has worked on these themes and supported hundreds of organizations in finding more effective ways to lead with both humanity and success.
Iina works at Lifted as Customer Success Manager, leading each collaboration and seeing it through together with the client and the coaching team. Her role is to make sure that all practical matters, such as schedules, responsibilities and coordination between coaches and the client, are handled in the background so the client doesn't have to worry about them.
