She has worked in HR, communications, development and CEO roles in industry, technology and an expert organization, as well as a strategy and leadership team consultant.
Kirsti's strength is her ability to gain a holistic understanding of the client's situation. Together with the client, she designs and delivers tailored solutions that meet the organization's needs. A strategic perspective combined with practical coaching and consulting ensures visible and lasting results.
As a coach, Kirsti believes strongly in participative leadership. This also shows in her workshop-style coaching, where she helps groups and individuals discover new ways of thinking and acting.
