Giving feedback and developing feedback culture

Giving and receiving feedback is one of the most important cornerstones of teamwork and interaction. Community spirit, openness, and mutual trust require an organizational culture where feedback can be given openly and is given in a positive, developing spirit in order to achieve the common good.
