A change in the organization affects the workplace community on many levels. It is important to recognize at which stage of change we are as a community, as teams, and as individuals.
We can also strengthen our own resilience (also known as flexibility in change): how to tolerate the stress of change, solve challenges arising from change, and seek support when it is needed. Good-quality communication is crucial in changing situations, and therefore it is also good to strengthen the tools of acting in conflicting situations.
