Meaningful work right from the beginning
The birth of Lifted stems from the founders’, Taneli Rantala and Jukka Joutsiniemi, own observations and experiences of working life in large corporations. They saw how the employees of the companies were not doing well, and the potential of the workplace community was not being fully utilized. Companies as a system produced far too much frustration and far too little success and well-being. Seeing the development potential, the guys decided to solve this significant problem. ”Since the beginning, our goal has been to help people and organizations succeed sustainably, so that individuals and the company benefit from it together,” says Lifted’s CEO Taneli.
Development has been built into the DNA of Lifted right from the start. It drives us to do things better and take steps towards excellence every day. We achieved significant results yesterday, today they are even better, and tomorrow we will take another step higher. We work purposefully to lift our own operations and the results of our customers to a new higher level – this is the idea behind our company’s name, ”Lifted”.
